Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus $200 processing fee. 60-89 days: 50% refund. Less than 60 days: No refund unless we can resell your spot.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Basic coverage is included in all bookings, but additional coverage is your responsibility.

Health and Safety

Participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions. Some activities may have age or fitness requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of your tour. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
